Product Overview

The 6×36 wire rope series features 6 outer strands with a Warrington-Seale (WS) pattern, offering superior flexibility and fatigue resistance. This construction is ideal for multi-layer winding, crane main hoist, and heavy-duty lifting applications where the rope must bend frequently around sheaves and drums.

 

Construction & Design

6 strands × Warrington-Seale wire pattern + FC (Fiber Core) or IWRC (Independent Wire Rope Core). The WS pattern combines inner small wires for flexibility with outer large wires for wear resistance, providing the best balance of bending performance and service life.
