Product Overview
The 6×37 wire rope features 6 outer strands with 37 wires per strand, offering maximum flexibility among standard 6-strand constructions. The fine wire structure makes it ideal for applications requiring repeated bending over small sheaves.
Construction & Design
6 strands × 37 wires per strand (Warrington-Seale-Fill pattern) + FC or IWRC. The three-layer wire arrangement within each strand provides excellent fatigue resistance while maintaining adequate strength. Available in multiple strand patterns including WS, Seale, and Fill.
Key Features
- Maximum flexibility in 6-strand construction
- Excellent fatigue resistance for dynamic loading
- Suitable for small sheave diameters
- Smooth surface for reduced sheave wear
- Available with FC or IWRC core
