Construction & Design

6 strands × 37 wires per strand (Warrington-Seale-Fill pattern) + FC or IWRC. The three-layer wire arrangement within each strand provides excellent fatigue resistance while maintaining adequate strength. Available in multiple strand patterns including WS, Seale, and Fill.

Key Features

  • Maximum flexibility in 6-strand construction
  • Excellent fatigue resistance for dynamic loading
  • Suitable for small sheave diameters
  • Smooth surface for reduced sheave wear
  • Available with FC or IWRC core
